Extended Service

The EXTENDED policy provides you with all the benefits of the BASIC and STANDARD policies. Regularly updated contracts of employment and procedures together with 12 months unlimited advice from your employment lawyer. You also have the peace of mind that if tribunal proceedings are issued, your lawyer will advise and represent you at no extra charge. All steps in the case are covered, including submitting a defence, preparing statements, guiding you and your witnesses throughout the process and representation at any tribunal hearing or appeal.

Any insurance policy will also pay tribunal awards made against you subject to policy conditions and provided that you followed the advice of your employment lawyer.
